We had a great experience deciding on Epcon and finalizing our decisions! Meagan Morrisey went above and beyond in helping us. I swear she works 24/7! She followed up with us in such a kind way and without any pressure. If it hadn’t been for Meagan, we wouldn’t have purchased our lot. Very good customer service. Took time to walk us thru property style options, all interior choices and landscaping. Invited us to open houses and walk throughs. Extremely patient while we worked thru this process the last year.
