We recently completed our options selection process and now looking forward to our home build starting this spring. Everyone we have interacted with so far has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. Meagan, our New Home Specialist, has been more than great answering our questions and taking care of anything and everything we asked about. Courtyard at Parkside is great place to live. Awesome neighbors. Great activities including book club, coffee, hours, social hours, hiking groups, bicycle, groups, golf groups, chair yoga and water aerobics to name a few. Recent Christmas party was awesome as was Epcon express event.
Great people to work with that made new construction an easy process! High quality construction and craftsmanship. Nice quiet neighborhood.
We moved to the Courtyards at Parkside in December 2024. We have made so many friends and stay as busy as we would like with all the activities available. It’s been a great experience making our house a home!
