We moved to the Courtyards at Parkside in December 2024. We have made so many friends and stay as busy as we would like with all the activities available. It’s been a great experience making our house a home!
We are extremely happy with our new Epcon home. Just the right size for us and yet large enough for entertaining. Small items that needed to be changed or repaired upon completion were addressed quickly and effectively. My wife and I would definitely make the same decision again to move forward with our new home.
A very quiet community. Neighbors are very friendly. Lots of available activities at the clubhouse. Community is close to shopping, restaurants, freeways. Very easy to get around. Experience in selecting the lot, floor plan and selections of flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, etc was very positive even though we lived in Washington state during the whole process. Felt that Andy went out of his way to make the process easy for us.
