The courtyards at Bensalem is a really nice place, management goes above and beyond to accommodate and make you feel welcome. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. Peaceful neighbors in a beautiful area. 5 stars guys
The leasing officer was very polite and respectful she explained everything very carefully to me the rooms look very spacious
I’ve had a great experience at The Courtyard at Bensalem. Management is very professional and always takes care of things as long as you communicate with them. Some of the negative reviews seem way over the top, any time I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly and smoothly. This is a well run community, and keeping good communication with the office makes all the difference.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience with Leasing Office I just returned from what I believed would be a scheduled tour of the property. The tour was set for 12:00 PM, and I arrived promptly at 11:55 AM. I went to the leasing office, only to find a loosely placed note on the door stating that the leasing agent was on a tour and would "be right back."
