An absolute nightmare!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AT ALL THIS IS YOUR WARNING! The amount of stress this place gave me is ridiculous. Please read your lease properly They’re money hungry people! apartments are infested in roaches & mice the exterminator comes twice every month & it’s still not under control! DANGEROUS PROPERTY, INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT - AVOID! This property is a nightmare. Years of ignored water leaks, including recent electrical hazards, prove management's gross negligence. We've endured constant mice and cockroaches, plus ignored alarms. Maintenance is rude, incompetent, and harassing. I applied to this place and was approved. I decided to not go with this place because a few neighbors told me they had roach and mice problems. It had only been two days since I gave my holding deposit, but they kept it anyway. DO NOT give that 250.00 until you see an actual apartment. They apparently have a lot of issues according to the residents. Read the reviews here.
These reviews are not even lying wish I read them before even moving in here so fast. Rent is high for what? Nothing gets fixed Still waiting for them to fix. Maintenance guys right now are so ignorant no manners
