I am unsure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I for one have lived here for a while. My apartment is spacious, clean courtyard to sit outside, friendly neighbors, and very quiet. Im happy and not leaving!
This place is really amazing. There are no pest issues by us. The property is really clean, the management team is really amazing. Our work orders were always completed really fast and we really enjoy it here. If you want an enjoyable place to live, this is your place.
I’ve lived in a lot of places, but the management here is by far the most inadequate and unprofessional I've ever encountered. There are honestly too many issues to list in one review, but if you enjoy living with roaches, mice, leaks, etc. then this is the place for you. The maintenance people are actually very good and hardworking, but they are clearly held back by management that doesn't care about nothing. Not worth the stress! Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere else would be an improvement.
I lived here for two years. My experience was way different than everyone else’s obviously. I did have some issues and that was mostly the plumbing and loud upstairs neighbors. With the plumbing issues that was fixed within a few hours or the following day. Overall it wasn’t so bad the staff was helpful with whatever issue I had.
