I lived in the apartment complex. the only good thing about the complex is the location that being said the attractions around it and the schools library and other locations being easily excess able was the only facet that was good about the complex. there was a constant bug problem if you go here your bound to bring bugs to where you go next I have been around the social community as well. if they can pick on you financially they will. they will raise your rent and rely on there leases shady rules. make sure you read the fi... read more
As a former employee I can say they only care about money nothing gets fixed n my own bathroom backed up all the time
If i could give no stars I would. There are numerous problems within this complex but simply put. Roaches , rats in walls, if not in your home. Unprofessional management/owner being as though they can NEVER keep employees. Very money hungry and greedy. Will charge for random and unnecessary things, yet will never want to fix things. Unsanctioned towing of cars. This is not a safe, comfortable or clean place to live for anyone. They have frequent leaks, and floods regardless if you are low floor or high floor apartment.
