Do your research before you move in. Bird’s poop everywhere, rats, garbage pilled up, green mold on the cement where you walk by and can easily fall, hallway carpet's needs deep clean, big change from previous management.
Ever since Management changed to Essex, it’s been a nightmare to get Maintenance done.
Don’t move in quite yet — many issues with new management that started in August 2019. Main issues are surrounding security and cleanliness. See Yelp reviews for more details. Hoping they can turn this ship around and I can update my review when things improve. I miss the old management team a lot ... we were truly spoiled. 😫 Seeing loads of bad reviews for Essex Property Management elsewhere too so do your research before signing! 🤢
