Cannot share enough negative opinions about this property “management” company. They’re slumlords who have absolutely zero respect for their tenants. When I moved in the place looked like it was barely cleaned after the previous tenants moved out. Marks all over the walls, missing blinds, dirty carpet. I put in requests to have blinds fixed and scuff marks removed from walls when I moved in in ‘24. Two years later and I have about 10 open service requests that have never been addressed. Stay Away from This Community! I would give zero stars if I could. This building is plagued with problems, and the management team shows no concern for the well-being of its residents. We’ve dealt with multiple issues, including a leaking hot water tank that flooded our kitchen and soaked the ceiling, a mice infestation, and a broken A/C. The Hamilton team has been completely unresponsive and indifferent to the poor living conditions. If a genie granted me 3 wishes, my first wish would be to go back in time so i don’t sign this lease. I had the privilege of living across the world - which means multiple different apartments complexes and properties in my life. This is one of the worst complexes I’ve ever lived in and I’ve only been here a day. The way they handed over the apartment to us was unacceptable. When we came to our move at our time we didn’t even have a sink in the bathroom there were people repairing it. There were people still repainting and the fumes were terrible. The shower was a mess (see pic below this is after I spent an hour trying to clean it) and they said they’d be back to fix it ( they haven’t).
