I been living at The Courts Of Avalon for four years and l love everything about it. The management team is awesome. Lisa, the assistant manager is to love, Anique, the leasing consultant is a charm, she make sure all maintenance request has been satisfy. She also coordinates all of the fun activities just to name a few: holiday party, karokee, sip and paint, salsa dancing, pool party, crab feast, residents appreciate breakfast, opening of pool cook out, and more. My experience with this complex is always pleasant. It's great that the courts of avalon has it's own secured and well managed community. And the model is true to what you get. Your getting more than what you pay for. Safety and peace of mind is always priceless.
The courts of Avalon houses are very classy and eye catching and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The staff there are very welcoming, professional and accommodation!
The first time I walked into the leasing office, I fell in love! It was love at first sight. The management team was awesome and very lovely. Every details were explained clearly and precisely. Unfortunately the price was a bit higher than my budget however I would chose the #thecourtsofavalon when I am able to afford the price without a second choice.
