RecommendedI lived in another Avalon community - Avalon Run East In Lawrenceville, NJ. I loved it. Like that community, this is well-maintained and attractive from the outside with a beautiful pool. While I don’t live here, they built a great puppy park where everyone is welcome. I’ve made new friends from the complex and Pikesville.

RecommendedQuiet, clean and safe are the three words that best describe the Courts at Avalon. The management team as well as the maintenance team are incredibly responsive and very friendly. Calls/emails are responded to quickly and the community sponsored events are so much fun. I would highly recommend the development to anyone who enjoys quiet and convenience. Kudos to Troy, Community Relations Manager and Alfredo and his team!
RecommendedI truly enjoy residing at the Courts Of Avalon. The maintenance team and the office staff are superb. (👏🏾👏🏾). In life problems will arise, but I must say the maintenance and office staff are Johnny on the Spot. I truly appreciate that!! RecommendedI came this weekend with my sister to visit this community and I enjoyed the property. im thinking about renting here myself. My lease isn't up for another 4 months, but i will keep you guys in mine. This place is great!
Excellent community, very professional & kind staff!
I am visiting this area from upstate New York... I have relatives living in the area... I'm thinking about a move in the future to this area and I happened upon these apartments... I found the apartments lovely the area lovely... The grounds for quiet and well kept... The lady in the office was awesome I believe her name was Lisa ..... She was knowledgeable kind and friendly and gave me loads of information...
