Probably one of the worst apartments I’ve rented. This apartment has had problems and is very nasty since I first arrived (10 months ago.) I am not extending a lease with these guys, for the amount you are paying you shouldn’t have to deal with MICE. I am a clean freak, but due to the poor construction of these homes, there are many crevices and cracks these pests are able to access from. Follow up: After the very nice review but truthful review, I go into the kitchen to turn on the water and nothing. Honestly, I had so many things going on and was getting ready for the next ays activity but most of all I didn't feel a need to use the kitchen sink until this evening. I use bottle water because I don't trust tap water. But, I should not have had to check behind them. I moved to the Courts of Avalon in Pikesville and found it to be the best place to live. The community is beautiful as well as the apartments with a two car garage everything you would want in a home is here. The community manager Erin is approachable and very kind as well as the staff members. The club house provides many activities and enjoying the pool during the summer months is what I like most. I feel proud being a resident of The Courts of Avalon. Dr. Penny Gauer
