Set in an old lake lodge, the County Line on the Lake is right on Bull Creek just off Lake Austin, and has been well known for years as the place in Austin to take out-of-town guests. Cocktails on the large redwood deck over- looking the water are a must. We have live music every night on the patio so come down and enjoy live music and the BBQ on the lake!

went here for lunch on a Sunday, not busy. ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. it's pathetic. it's chicken..and bread. i decided to request some sandwich lettuce to help it out..i was brought arugula with carrots in it.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 the McChicken has more flavor. attaching a photo of my meal.. you'll see. a joke of a $14 plate.
RecommendedFamily/pet friendly eatery. This was a wonderful experience. Came from Florida for some authentic Texan BBQ!
Feeding the turkles that swim in their shells for 25¢/pop & the tenderest brisket for miles with a mmmhmmm BBQ sauce that I still remembered after 43 years, such is what drew me back! Great indoor dining w low lights plus the back patio over the Colorado River: swimmers, aforementioned turtles, fishing folk, boats... All this and SINFUL banana pudding!
Love love love... it was a perfect evening.
