Second attempt to install the countertops and all they did was send back the pieces from the first attempt that were wrong. Color is off from what we ordered in the store. Measurements are wrong and a piece was scratched.You cant reach people by phone. We have now been wo a kitchen for three months thanks to shoddy measurements and work. I feel bad for the poor installers who are sent out with the wrong stuff and have to deal with unhappy people. These installers have been lovely but we still have no kitchen. Mistake after Mistake, delay after delay, no follow-up with zero focus on taking care of the customer from TCF or Ikea. Since the original cabinet installation 5 weeks ago, we have been without countertops, sink, or dishwasher while TCF, has continued to drop the ball even attempting to charge for items on a change order that weren't needed or appropriate. The countertops were supposed to be installed in 10 days but took TCF over 5 weeks, and when the installer arrived, 2 trim pieces were missing. The installer said it was a... read more
Took 6-8 weeks to order then 2 weeks after they were made to install. Then they cut the sink opening to small so the sink accessories (drying rack, strainer, and cutting board) didn’t fit. Took 3 weeks for someone to call us back. Then finally come out. Installers talked my wife into having them shorten the accessories since they would have to remove the sink and countertop and take back to their shop and repair. They took the accessories 2 months ago. And still haven’t gotten them back or a heads up on any update. I give th... read more
Everything went smoothly for me. If I had a question, they'd get back to me that day or the next. Installation people were on time and did a great job. I have no complaints.
If Lowest or Home Depot tells you that they are partnering with this company RUN!!! Do not let them contract this company at all. They don't communicate, they leave pieces behind or break them, they don't answer the phones and say they will call you back and don't. Dan pushed me to get an install on the 3rd of July with out me securing a plumber thank GOD my plumber agreed to work on the 4th of July for reconnect. I told Dan I would confirm back with him if I could coordinate the plumber and he has been MIA ever since. I hav... read more
