My experience with her was horrible. Was late to a session 20 plus minutes. Very disorganized. Saved my number under someone else. Very awkward incounter first session. Got my info mixed up with other clients. This past session Very nasty and dismissive. Told me she was going to "check me " said bye and to never come back. Then called 10 minutes later apologizing saying she can refer me if needed. All because I asked a question she didn't like. It took sometime for me to be okay with seeking therapy but knew I needed support with transitions in my life. My therapist was empathetic without judgement and I felt like she really listened and was understanding. She maintained professionalism and gave homework after each session so I could practice the tools in real time. I always left feeling lighter, hopeful and encouraged.
Phenomenal service from this practice. I felt heard and learned how to move forward. Highly recommend.
The counselors here are skilled at identifying underlying issues and helping you work through them.
