(I am here for: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). I've been in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for ~19 weeks and I'm graduating today (2025). This program requires a large commitment of time and potentially money (depending on your insurance coverage), but was worth the sacrifice for me. This isn’t the right program for everyone, but the intensive schedule and group structure were very helpful for me in working on my OCD and anxiety. I’d highly recommend this for anyone who’s tried traditional therapy and medication and is still struggling to manage their symptoms.

Fantastic place with some truly fantastic people! It was really helpful, even for someone like me who had not really succeeded in therapy, including ERP therapy, beforehand! As a matter of fact, my time in treatment here was quite enjoyable overall, connecting me with some great friends (and I was initially very apprehensive about the group therapy aspect)! 10/10!

Making the commitment to go to this treatment has been one of the greatest things I've done for myself and my family. It was hard but well worth getting the control over myself I've always wanted. I'm so grateful for the clients, therapists, and staff that were able to help direct me in the right way and show me how to manage my OCD. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
