2 stars because one individual does her job well. The other members have alienated me for the past two years. Father was the one who joined in on sessions, while I was never notified. Father got to be involved in making her goals and plan while I was never told. They have the file on hand that states that both parents are required to move forward with therapy and any decisions. i’ve been a patient here on and off over the years, and unfortunately, each time i return, the experience has remained the same. i consistently feel dismissed and unheard, especially when it comes to medication concerns. during my last appointment i asked about being placed back on my ADHD medication, which i had previously been prescribed for three years through Lifestance. my current psychiatrist did not believe my history and refused to consider restarting the medication. when i called today to schedule another appointmen... read more
This place sucks. Waited 3+ months for a meeting with a psychiatrist to start medication. The psychiatrist lisa forgot or something and when I tried to contact them it was impossible. I contacted the operator many times at both this institution and the main north range institution in greeley and nobody can tell me anything. All they do each time i call is send me to the operator or the nurses phone. You have better chances of going to a psycare unit saying you want to harm yourself or others and getting on medication that wa... read more
Wasted my time trying to get help. The therapist stared at her computer for an hour as if there was an answer in the screen. No encouraging words. No empathy. She just typed and stared at her computer. I should have expected this. It’s difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when you call.
If you really needed legal help would you go to a pro bono lawyer? Their heart's in the right place but their service is not. Potential clients seeking a more empathetic and responsive environment might want to consider a different practice.
