Insulting and rude practitioner. Scheduled an appointment without confirmation, called me (while sounding agitated) and said that I "should know how this works" when I requested the missed appointment fee for the mistaken appointment to be waived.
Terrible experience. Unempathetic, and constantly hounded for payment even though I already provided a year ago and sent photos with proof of payment. office is impossible to reach as well so I still haven't gotten it squared away after hours of attempts

Joseph Kenan, MD is an amazing psychiatrist who was able to help our family optimize treatment for ADHD. He took great care with listening to us and offering valuable insight into slight changes resulting in a huge improvement. Fabulous Doctor Joe. I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression for over 30 years and have been seeing Dr Joe for 5 of those years. Immediately on my first visit he established great rapport. My medication milieu works great and I am finally at a good place 10/10 recommend.
