Terrible experience. Unempathetic, and constantly hounded for payment even though I already provided a year ago and sent photos with proof of payment. office is impossible to reach as well so I still haven't gotten it squared away after hours of attempts

Joseph Kenan, MD is an amazing psychiatrist who was able to help our family optimize treatment for ADHD. He took great care with listening to us and offering valuable insight into slight changes resulting in a huge improvement. Fabulous Doctor Joe. I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression for over 30 years and have been seeing Dr Joe for 5 of those years. Immediately on my first visit he established great rapport. My medication milieu works great and I am finally at a good place 10/10 recommend.
The doctor is great I have had no problems with 3 sessions I had with him. But I will never go back here again because every other aspect sucks. I texted and called probably over 20 times for billing and NEVER ONCE recieved an answer. On my patient portal there is two statement one for $30 and other for $350 and I asked them over and over again through text and/or call to see why my insurance didnt cover it and what was $350 for.
