ZERO. DO NOT RENT. Terrible place, rude horrible staff, they are thieves. They took my money and left me homeless for 7 months. Their receptionist is a racist who cussed in front of my baby and cussed out my housing manager and ignores phone calls. They don't pay their employees. After 7 months, they are no longer accepting section 8, and everyone under section 8 has to find a new home when their lease runs out. These people are the devil. I hate them.
