This had been a horrible rental experience. The washer and dryer I paid for wasn't here when I moved in. I was told daily after that, that it would be installed. It finally was a week later. I was told the fee would be waived for the inconvenience and it never was. My air conditioner fan blows warm humid air nonstop. I put a work order in for this over a month ago. I stay in the cottages. Love the space.
Great landlord! The apartment was in great condition, and any issues were handled quickly. Communication was easy, and the whole rental process was smooth. I’d definitely rent from them again.
Oaks is cozy. I love the ambience and just feels like home.
It’s been a pleasure working with the maintenance team, always professional and responsive. The property is truly a great place to live.
