There’s a person who lives in my neighborhood at The Cottages at Rumba who revs their engine constantly. The lease has several excess noise clauses but the office refuses to take action. If you are like me, someone suffering from sensory issues related to severe ptsd and autism who desperately needs a more quiet environment, this is not the place for you.
