I've been a resident at the Cottages at Ridge Pointe for over 5 years, and I can confidently say that the recent change in management has made all the difference. Communication has improved tremendously, staff are more available and responsive, and it's clear they genuinely care about the resident experience. I absolutely loved living in this apartment! The management team is so kind and really understands the needs of the residents. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, which I really appreciated. Although I had to move out earlier than planned due to personal reasons after about three months, the process was very smooth. I was supposed to pay an early termination fee (two months’ rent), but they kindly waived my security deposit (one month’s rent), so I only had to pay for one extra month. New Management here. They are fantastic. They are putting their customers first. Friendly, flexible, and truly care about their residents. I would highly recommend this neighborhood. Beautiful club house, pool, and fitness center. All ages throughout the neighborhood. Very pet friendly.
