The nicest office staff of anywhere i have ever lived. The other day they had crumbl cookies in the office to share and once a month they do fun things for the residents!!
I've lived here at the Cottages at Ridge Point for 5 years. The management and maintenance team has always been responsive to any concerns. I feel comfortable and safe in this diverse and quiet community. The units are solid and well built, I love the trees and my little porch. I hope to stay here.
I've been a resident at the Cottages at Ridge Pointe for over 5 years, and I can confidently say that the recent change in management has made all the difference. Communication has improved tremendously, staff are more available and responsive, and it's clear they genuinely care about the resident experience.
