My fiance and I have just completed our first year living here and renewed our lease for another 18 months - needless to say, but we wouldn't have done so if we didn't absolutely love living here. We moved here from the Atlanta area and it has been the best experience. The apartments themselves were clean upon move in, no bugs, no broken fixtures. Lugar tranquilo y hermoso definitivamente el mejor lugar de Athens recientemente nos tuvimos que ir por motivos personales pero duramos casi 4 años y estamos eternamente agradecidos del trato y la amabilidad de las personas y de los que fueron nuestros vecinos si algún día tengo que virar será para allí y los de mantenimiento no se diga un 10/10
Love living here. the cottage feels like new and the staff is very kind. The resident events are superb
The Cottages at Ridge Pointe is a great place to live. The property managers, Robert and Ariel are so friendly and helpful. They really treat everyone with respect and kindness. The maintenance manager is always there, he’s very responsive and responds in a timely manner ( minutes!). I highly recommend this community/property.
