$416 just to apply; it doesn't go towards anything. Upon move in, the place was NOT clean; every corner filled with dead bugs and spiders, plus there was dirt and paint on the floors. Pubes in the upstairs tub. A fire alarm completely missing. The countertops have stains and there's already marks on the walls I'm sure they'll try to subtract from our deposit. They also gave us clickers that don't work for the front gate; one of the neighbors had to let us in. Based on how much they're charging, this place isn't worth it.
The cottages of New Hampstead is a great place to live. The Office staff is the most friendly and courteous office staff I have ever encountered they go above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs are all of my needs have been met with superior service thanks Brittany and Nadia You guys rock!!!!!
