I live in the Cottages at Crowfield. The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, informative, involved, etc. The biggest shout out I have to give though goes to Jamal, our maintenance man! Obviously, at times, there are maintenance things that need to be taken care of. However, no problem, it is taken care of! Jamal will always be there for you! Leaking faucet, he is there. Isaiah and Nadia are great!
I moved in May 2024 and found the home satisfactory, except for the non-functional AC. Despite my repeated requests, the maintenance team showed little interest in addressing the issue. Their approach to checking the unit was limited to measuring the temperature at the vent, which I believe is inadequate. The maintenance person suggested that I keep the doors open for better air circulation due to poor installation, which seems unreasonable given the high rent.
