Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. This is a very tasty spot for breakfast and lunch menu.
Can I say this is a top three breakfast must have for me. I have traveled pretty extensively to most major cities in the U.S. and this place is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail and taste is impeccable. The service from the staff is top notch. I have been multiple times now and I have NO complaints. Can I also mention that the wait time for your food (ticket times) is always short. The guacamole is superb as is the stuffed avocado with tuna and chicken salads... I've eaten there every time I'm in La Jolla...

The Cottage is always busy, and for good reason. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed. Yesterday we went for brunch and had Eggs La Jolla and Bloody Marys. Eggs La Jolla was the best Eggs Benedict we have every had. Love the mushrooms and spinach on it. Eggs were done perfectly and the hollandaise is amazing.
Always friendly service & the food is excellent. Can't ever complain about what I get there...it's always good!
Great food (stuffed french toast was AMAZING) , friendly staff and nice outdoor patio to enjoy a great meal.
Clearly Heaven is at The Cottage. Food was mind blowingly good. So happy we found this place.
