Food is awesome. We ordered carry out and the staff was awesome from taking the order on the phone to bringing the food to our car.
ordered food & it didn't have what we asked for & had stuff we didn't want. People were parked blocking the exit & shouting obscenities at cars as they left.... not a good look for a business if you ask me.
I’ve always loved this place. I ordered pickup tonight and somehow the online order was missed in the system. When I went to pick up they realized the glitch, starting making my burgers and gave me a bottle of wine to compensate for my wait. Awesome service!!!
Great food and service during this crazy time
My husband and I just moved to Crystal Lake at the beginning of this month. We were only able to come here once before the whole COVID-19 "shelter in place", but we loved the atmosphere and food. We since then have ordered delivery a couple times and were just as impressed. We can't wait to be able to dine-in again, and we've heard such great things about the patio once the weather gets nice again.
