Loud, rude, and most of all arrogant “entitled” neighbors. I do not recommend this apartment complex to any American.

Great place to live. Residents are friendly and community minded. Front desk staff is friendly. Management company is good and definitely making the effort to get better. Right in the heart of Town Center so plenty to do and great restaurants everywhere.
Fine beautiful & peaceful place in middle of town centre
This is the worst place to live in RTC. Overpriced and rude front desk personnel during the daytime hours. The plumbing would back up from other floors. The appliances were outdated and to think the Harrison just down the road has TWO pools (one covered And open year round) a great gym with cardio rooms, cycling, yoga, the list goes on. It's a real shock to see that the prices are the same as The Harrison and that is all brand new. The cosmopolitan is not what you expect at all.
