customer service at this store was awful. The store clerk was very rude and she had no patience for me to shop and buy what I wanted. I end up leaving there with two items which was fine, but I probably will never shop at that store again. She actually asked me when I had to ask her to open up each drawer for a lipstick. She asked me after the second time if I was done shopping, which was extremely rude. Beware buying from here. We asked an associate (Makayla) for assistance in finding lipstick that we could not find on the shelf. She handed us a box, assured us that it was the lipstick we wanted and told us if we opened the box to check we must buy it. No warning about Final Sale. Turns out it was the wrong lipstick, so we returned to the store to exchange or return. One of the sales associates gave us a wrong item in a wrapped box and refused to let us return or exchange when we found out. They forced us to spend money on something we didn't want to and kept pointing out that we should have seen from the receipt that all sales are final. I found out when I got home so I went back the next day. But I saw another comment in the same situation saying they went back the same day and got the same answer.
