1- Took months for them to get my children's vaccine record entered and copies made for their schools. 2- I took my son in because I felt he had an infection from a friction blister and was told to put hydrocortisone on it. Went to the urgent care the next day and they said it was a good thing we did, the infection had almost spread into his blood. The Pediatrics department has been exemplary for our two kids. From managing chronic issues to handling injuries and illnesses, the doctors, nurses, and office staff have always taken wonderful care of our family. We can generally get an appointment with out doctor or her practicing partner within a day or two for minor issues, and almost always have gotten same-day visits for more emergent issues (these are often with any available clinic doctor). I couldn't believe the way I was treated and talked down to by the receptionist. It took the practice manager 4 days to call me back to talk about the problem (which was an insurance matter and easily remedied) and my negative interaction at the front desk. I never made it to see a practitioner, who may have been wonderful for my child.

Dr. Metzler was incredible with my daughter! She was fun, eased my daughter's concerns, and was great about answering our questions. I'm going to bring my other kids here too.
