Lacks transparency, uses labs that are not in network with UHC And no disclosure or option for patient to choose you end up with a big bill as UHC Wont pay for samaritan labs
If I could give this a zero I would! The billing department is upcoding and balance billing! They are retaliatory if you question medical bills! I have bills show up in the portal with no explanation and my insurance company said it was not reported as being owed to them. Becky and Brenda are the worst and extremely unlawful collection practices! Looking at changing my insurance from UHC Med Adv yet my PCP is not recognized by any other insurance except BCBS which is quite expensive. I see the Dr rarely because they don't address anything they can't offer an RX for. There is no osteopathic option as that one practice is closed. The Endocrinologist I saw chewed me out at a consult. I had waited for that appointment for 6 months; she said she allows scheduling to educate patients. This used to be a great clinic when I was growing up in Corvallis. But now they advertise taking new patients but once they find out your Medicare they wont take you
Nice people. Our GP offered the mRNA vaccine to all our children, despite knowing that all our children had already been infected with Covid. I'd trust them to give me stitches or set a bone, but I'd be wary of any prescriptions.
