The day of my appointment I was very sick because of my car accident I have a vertigo and I was rest coudent move , I called them and explained . It was the first time I booked appointment with them , but today when I went there they charged me 40 dollars for my previous cancelation, I explained the lady that I was sick and couldn't move but she didnt care , she was rude and........ Even with this kind of sickness my specialist Dr without any charged cancel my appointment without any change.

Do not accuse us. ———————————————————- The salon’s cancellation policy is unreasonably strict and shows a disappointing lack of compassion and understanding. We experienced a medical emergency involving a senior citizen, yet we still made the effort to call the salon on the same day to cancel the hair appointment. I had such a great experience here the stylists are so nice and amazing. I loved the result and they gave me exactly what I asked for, I loved the energy Defintltly will be going back. If you are looking for a new amazing salon to try look no further!!
What’s the point of giving you a 14 day guarantee? I went back within the 14 days and I was told fixing my cut would make it too short. Matt couldn’t correct it so he did absolutely nothing. Told me I had to grow it out. I bought a hat.
