Took over two weeks to fix my dryer. I suggested what they should have done in the first place which was switch mine out with one they have sitting around so they did. The washer and dryer are a bit small and I wish we had rooftop access. But I feel safe and comfortable in my building. My apartment is clean and so is the building.
The Corner feels like a dorm, no-frills apartment complex or a hotel. TLDR, it's not a bad option for the area but recognize you are paying for location and the rest is a bit of chance. Pros: location, safety, washer and dryer in units, elevator, mail storage (sorta), good internet, good power (doesn't go out during a storm), full size stove/oven. Brittney from the leasing office went out of her way to help resolve an issue. The apartments are new/modern and very quiet despite being on Michigan Ave. Great place to live.
