Editing my review, after 2 months I did receive my deposit back. It is a nice place to live. Maintenance is on top of things, he's awesome if it's still the same guy. So much to do around town, never a lack of excitement or fun. You also get front row elevated seats to some parades!

Do not recommend. Do not trust this high turnover management team to handle your move-out paperwork accurately. I legally moved out of this complex months ago, completed all walkthroughs, and terminated my lease cleanly. Despite this, management failed to properly transition the unit's utilities out of my name. ​Because of their administrative negligence, I have been continuously billed for electricity I did not use in an apartment I do not live in. They won't give you your deposit back even if you do the exit interview and get told you'll be getting your deposit back. Then they'll ignore every attempt at reaching them :) This place needs to be managed by competent people, it'd be better off if the 'realtor' that owns it sells it. Avoid this place unless you have absolutely no choice. There's a better apartment right across the street regardless, make the wise choice here.

Took over two weeks to fix my dryer. I suggested what they should have done in the first place which was switch mine out with one they have sitting around so they did. The washer and dryer are a bit small and I wish we had rooftop access. But I feel safe and comfortable in my building. My apartment is clean and so is the building. Edit *** I moved out in February and they still haven't paid me my deposit. It's been 4 months now and I'm going to have to take legal action * They gave me my deposit back after 6 months or so ...
