Had a appointment nearly month ago, somebody was suppose to call me to schedule a MRI but shocker nobody ever called. I think the only point of this institute is to rip you off and provide false hope.
My doctor usually on time and very informative and explained things well and helped get me the help I need . Pain management has been a struggle but they work with you till they find something that works and the pt.. is amazing. Thank you Dr. Mark .
Excellent staff!..the Physical Therapists n tech's are great!..they are friendly, ,knowledgeable and caring..
As always i cant say enough about all the ladies in pt.. They are so good at their job. And they genuinely care about the people they take care of. From my ladies at the desk and PT that are so sweet. And Haley, Elise, Stacy, and Angelica you are truly an amazing team thank you
If I could give a zero stars I would. We called in June because my husband was experiencing memory loss, has a history of seizures and migraines. Was recommended to see Dr. Eros as he could treat him as a whole. We waited two months for the appointment, drove in from surprise to be told not only was the appointment canceled without notification but he can only treat the migraines.
