I had the special, chicken-fried steak, and my wife had the chicken pot pie. Both were phenomenal and the atmosphere was great for a date meal.
The menu looks amazing. I am a coeliac and was thrilled to see the gluten free selection they have. Imagine my disappointment when the sandwich ordered arrived on regular bread rather than gf! I was totally gutted to start my holidays by being incredibly sick due to other people's ignorance and negligence in taking the order.
Incredibly good locally sourced cheeses, super craft beer selection. And the champagne cupcake. Oh, that cupcake.
I can't say enough about how accommodating The Copper Hen was to making my birthday dinner special. Food and drinks were great; ambiance was cozy and sophisticated. I loved being surprised by a gorgeous birthday cake my parents preordered with the bakery! What made it extra great was our wonderful server who gracefully and cheerfully added an element of fun to the evening! Cheers to you, Copper Hen!
We just finished brunch and it was amazing. Great, fresh tasty food. Great service and staff too.
Get the watermelon salad. SO GOOOD :) My boyfriend loved his burger, too. Both of us appreciate local food and the atmosphere was spot-on :)
