We literally have the best Maintenance Technician! He is quick, kind, respectful, smart, handy… I could go on. I just know that if anything ever needs fixed, it will always be taken care of promptly.
I could not recommend the Copham enough. The location is ideal, the building is warm, cozy, and comfortable. The management team is friendly and helpful. Very ideal.
Checked out your website, Same pricing as my downtown Orlando, Florida, high-rise luxury apartment?! Nahhh. Keep it. The crime is too high in the North Loop. I won't move back to rent this high! wow! I lived down the block for 5 years, I know this hood well. Guess I'll stay down South.
