The Copham is a great building in a solid location. It has character & feels very comfortable living in. Convenient amenities as well. It was one of the only buildings to meet all my criteria while looking for an apartment. Molly was very knowledgable & responsive throughout the whole application & moving process, from the initial touring to the move-in day. Living here is a dream! This whole building is run like a well-oiled machine. The amenities (full gym, rooftop lounge + firepit, underground parking, market, etc.) were designed with such intentionality. Also in a prime location, steps away from numerous restaurants and right on bus line 3. Not to mention the historical charm of the exposed brick and the vibey city views. Only downside is that you’ll never want to leave!
We literally have the best Maintenance Technician! He is quick, kind, respectful, smart, handy… I could go on. I just know that if anything ever needs fixed, it will always be taken care of promptly.
I could not recommend the Copham enough. The location is ideal, the building is warm, cozy, and comfortable. The management team is friendly and helpful. Very ideal.
