I could not recommend the Copham enough. The location is ideal, the building is warm, cozy, and comfortable. The management team is friendly and helpful. Very ideal.
Checked out your website, Same pricing as my downtown Orlando, Florida, high-rise luxury apartment?! Nahhh. Keep it. The crime is too high in the North Loop. I won't move back to rent this high! wow! I lived down the block for 5 years, I know this hood well. Guess I'll stay down South.
I delivered something here, from what I saw it seems nice
New to MN I rented at the Copham while I looked for a home. I have been living at the Copham for a year and half the location and proximity to everything Minneapolis, is all in walking distance. I've enjoyed my stay here so much that finding a home hasn't been the priority it once was. The North Loop is the coolest part of town, and the people are beautiful and plenty.
