I lived at The Cooper during the June fire, and I need to correct the narrative that “new management” keeps posting under every review. Their responses about being supportive, communicative, and attentive are simply false, and anyone considering living here deserves to know what actually happened. There is someone who lets their pet pee by the 5th floor elevator EVERYDAY. It is disgusting. At least be a little considerate and don't do it by the elevator and/or door. 12/17 The office staff either has no answers or is unresponsive to emails. The only way to get the attention of this place is through the reviews - for obvious reasons I'm sure.
