This place is horrible. STAY AWAY! It has leaks and floods everywhere, roaches, sewer problems, loud arguments and noise. Marijuana smell coming thru the vents. The maintenance is slow and the management is rude. We pay too much money for rent to have to have to live under these conditions. It's ridiculous.
What I want to say about the Coopers apartment is the worst place to live They got roaches real bad They're not doing Anything about it The bug men comes in He said the only thing he can do is put down roach traps . Mail service left my package at my last address I went to the office to report it they said they would have my package today That was Thursday Now today is Friday night. This is the worst experience since moving to Columbia SC. Management is less than subpar, residents are negligent and careless, maintenance cannot maintain the property, and the property should be condemned. Don't be fooled by the price and location. Complete HELLHOLE!!!!
This is the worst place to move to Corporate and Management is terrible no communication between landlord and tenants they never follow-up on anything. I have reached out to out to Corporate and Management on property about flooding to neighbors kids disturbing your peace after a long 12 hour shift. I have had plenty of maintenance issues air condition , roaches , carpet , water turn off constantly , , charging money for trash to be taken to the dumpster we can take out our trash without being charged, officers on premisses ... read more
Poor maintenance, unkept property, CONSTANT criminal activity, poor management, zero amenities for over $1,300 per month. Definitely not worth it
