Poor maintenance, unkept property, CONSTANT criminal activity, poor management, zero amenities for over $1,300 per month. Definitely not worth it
Terrible when it comes to repairs. Only interested in filling empty apartments. The place has gone downhill since moving in several years ago.
If I could give a negative review I would. The management is awful. Undermines everything you say as if your incompetent (in person). But can articulate very well through email and resident portal, and yet still get no where with your maintenance request. They do not want to spend money to do things right or to keep thing up to date. I've had issues since I moved in, from peeling paint in the bath-tub and bath room, kitchen cabinets. Holes in the ceiling where my fire alarm is. And now black mold in my air vents. Which they ... read more
it's a really nice place but the service team is a little bit slow like if you report some issue the team come's after the problem starts and becomes really big then the teams sometimes still doesn't show up but it have improved and been better than past .
I had a awesome experience with the management and maintenance today. I walked into the office because I had a issue with my front door over the weekend. Mr. Vincent was on top of it. Within 30 mins he had Mr. Quincy come over and take care of it. I can sleep comfortable tonight knowing my kids and I are safe. Thank you guys that made my day. It's the small thinks that count!!!
