I used The Coolest Air for a fix when I still lived in my house and he was super easy to work with and quick to get the job done. Once I moved out and started renting I did not heed his advice and went with a quick fix. A year later the problems he said would occur began. This time I listened to him and replaced my AC unit completely. He was able to install the new unit in less than a week from the time I called and asked. We notified CA that we had water leak in our air conditioner early one evening. we called him and he told us that he would be out here the first thing in the morning. He arrived early that next morning and repaired the leak and was on his way in a very short time.Coolest Air will always be the one I call on to take care all of my business.
The folks at The Coolest Air are an excellent company. My Real Estate management company recommended them highly and they lived up the the recommendation in every respect. Due to great experience with Coolest Air, we again requested for their services on our HVAC. During Mr. Sanchez's inspection of our unit, he immediately notice oil residue on one of the fittings and started troubleshooting the outside unit. As he was conducting his troubleshooting, he was talking me through the procedure. He identified the reason for the oil residue which was a leak from one of the fittings.
