I had a great experience working with The Cook Team, led by Jim and Jennifer Cook. It was a pleasure helping their close friends find their forever home on Amelia Island, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was easy and consistent, which made working together across markets very straightforward. I really appreciated how professional, responsive, and thoughtful they were throughout. Preston and Julia were so easy to work with from our initial phone conversation through our closing, and beyond.
