Exceptional customer service! I ordered a bracelet mandrel and it arrived with a little nick, I called the customer service and they immediately shipped me a new one, they didn't even ask me to send back the faulty one.. The staff are very nice and knowledgable, polite and respectful. I will buy from them again!
I really love these folks. I've ordered lots of tools over time and recently had one fail. I got in touch with a real human in customer service and they went above and beyond to make things right for me. I've been a Contenti customer since graduating from the jeweler program at NBSS in Boston over 20 years ago. Their customer service is excellent and I love the convenience of being able to pick items up. I have purchased several high end tools from Contenti and have been completely satisfied.
We have been ordering from contenti since 2000, and honestly we are finished. We recently received an order where though the items were well packed and shipped safely, the rest of our order was not included within the box and the invoice had shown a check mark upon all of the items ordered. We called to inquire and state that we did not receive them and we were met with much doubt and statements like, "Oh you don't understand how they're packed, you probably threw them away or something." or "My shipping guy is right here an... read more
