Awesome customer service. They installed my Elfa system 8 years ago. I was recently adding another shelf and couldn't figure out how to assemble it. While simple enough, the instructions provided might as well have been in Polish (the product was made in Poland.) Quick call to the store and the rep was able to walk me through it even tho they haven't sold this style in years. Thank you!

Larry Gamache is the best In-Home Design Specialist that I've worked with. He is so flexible and wonderful to work with me remotely and ensured everything are installed properly and kept me posted with progress and pictures of the space. I will definitely work with him again if I ever need any design services for closet space.
