I scheduled an in-home consultation for custom closet design on multiple closets in my home. I was told I would receive the designs in a week. A week later I followed up to ask about progress and was told I would receive the designs the next day. This same back and forth happened a few more times. Nice store, just disappointed that it's not a full The Container Store location. This one is more focused on organizational custom builds. So just a geads up for anyone looking for a full retail location.
Our in-store appointment went very well and we love our new custom pantry. The design consultant took into consideration everything we wanted in our space. Our newly built home had preset shelves that were not useful. We also have 10 foot ceilings so much of the space was not being used. We did the demo and had TCS do the install. First two photo's are before. Next one is after install and the last two are with our items in the pantry.
