Now, walking into a store feels like entering a discount holiday popup full of cheap plastic doormats and scented candles. The new direction is cheapening a beloved brand. Fix this before your core customer base walks out for good.

Prices are a bit expensive, but I happened to walk in on a flash sale of 40% off of what I was looking for.
Giant banners of a coupon that says 20% off any single item to celebrate Bed Bath and Beyond. Go to checkout and told I’m not allowed to use the discount. Checkout anyways and the lady hands me the exact coupon. Hand said coupon to my friend and he uses it on checkout no problem. Why the games?
