An open letter to The Container Store leadership: bring back class. You used to stand for crisp, high-end organization. Now, walking into a store feels like entering a discount holiday popup full of cheap plastic doormats and scented candles. The new direction is cheapening a beloved brand. Fix this before your core customer base walks out for good.
Ann was amazing! Helped me find exactly what I needed after a long day at work, she was just what I needed to help my "math math" when it comes to finding the right containers for my linen closet.... Prices are a bit expensive, but I happened to walk in on a flash sale of 40% off of what I was looking for.
