I ordered an L-shaped bench it was missing two parts when I called customer service I had to wait 20 min when the girl answered the phone all she could say is she needs the order number she said it at least 12 time when I called AI said hi and my name if they know that why don't they know what i ordered why do have an account should have read the reviews before I ordered anything from these people and I will never order anything from Bed Bath & Beyond
