It is not necessarily this store but it’s the business. I understand we are in different times but why give me the option to buy online and deliver when the company can not keep up delivery schedules. Also I asked if I can pick up my order since it’s taking awhile but they cannot do it because it’s processing. Dear Container Store update your system so you can react to changes.

Went in today to buy a couple baskets and my minor son didn’t have a mask on. So some lady (Raven) said something about getting one for him, ok, cool. Then she walks away to go grab me baskets from the back and walks up to another associate and proceeds to talk about my wife. As I walk in the same direction she stops talking. Walks away and continue to talk about my wife. Professionalism at its best right here. Will not be coming back to or shopping at this store again.
Great location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Since this was my first time shopping at a Container Store I was amazed with all the different types of storage options and choices. Will definitely be back as we continue to remodel and update our home.

Becky designed our master bedroom closet in 20 minutes after determining our individual needs. She told of upcoming sales that would benefit us if we had the time to wait. They followed up with email and call. Scheduling installation was a breeze. Today they came to install and Alan and his assistant did an excellent job! They were vigilant in respecting our home in removing their shoes and cleanup at completion. We highly recommend The Container Store!
WORST on line customer service I have EVER experienced. Placed online order on June 10th!! Company had computer issues.....never shipped my items nor did they make me aware of this. I had to call them. Re-ordered the items and am still waiting for those. In the meantime I have had to call 5 times to get the old order cxld and it is STILL not cxld. Bottom line go to the store do not order on line!!!!
