Connelly Roofing did a great job with our roof. Their communication for scheduling and any changes due to weather was excellent. My husband and I appreciate how easy you made this process for us!
Called with an emergency repair request. Spoke to Mike and was told Bill would be available the next day. Received a call 30 minutes past the set appointment time from a 3rd person and was asked if the "estimate appointment for a new roof could be done remotely". Explained the urgent emergency circumstances, and then was told they had no repair techs available at all.
The guys at Connelly Roofing did an excellent job. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, and answered all my questions.
Such a great company the workers are professional and respectful.
