Students of FSU. Please be warned of West 10 Apartments and The Collier Companies. Since I have moved in my experience has been terrible. The gates malfunction, the apartment was filthy, multiple parts of the floor were damaged and never fixed after multiple requests, there is still water damage on the ceiling. an open condom was under my bed when I moved in, parts of my roommate's bed were missing, and their gate caused $3,000 in damage to my truck which they are refusing to fix. RecommendedI have lived here for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly and maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. The amenities offered are great and the study rooms are a plus! I love staying here!
