RecommendedThis is probably one of the best apartments! I’ve lived in different college apartments and I have ZERO complaints. I renewed my lease. (Duh!) It’s absolutely perfect! Besides the amenities the staff is beyond amazing. You call, they are there. They really go above & beyond to make sure that we are comfortable & happy also to make sure we have everything we need. I’ve lived at iq for the past three years and I’ve had some issues with the place: 1. Rent is ridiculous. When I first signed my rent was $699 plus $25 for parking ($724 per month total). I was told if I resigned by a certain date my rent wouldn’t increase but it did and the second year I paid $754 and the third year it went up to $766. 2.
