Yup, the reviews are correct, HORRIBLE experience!! No one answers calls or return emails. I have never seen anything like this. Save yourself the headache - - DO NOT RENT FROM THE AZUL or any other HERITAGE PROPERTIES, Inc!!
I love my apartment but the office staff never answer phone. I needed important paperwork from them. It had been almost 3 weeks. I go by multiple times a week because they don’t pick up the phone and I am still waiting.
Absolutely awful experience. Complete scam. I never leave reviews but DO NOT LIVE HERE. they try to charge you when you move out $500 for cleaning and “damages”. I have never lived in a place this horrible and urge each of you to stay clear.
