Horrible maintenance service ....every time it rains my roof is leaking...I have opened request to fix my roof but no one showed up to fix the issue it been almost 10fays now....last four times they think they fixed but still roof leaks... very unresponsive people...manager gets upset if we ask any question about when it will be fixed.... I seriously wont recommend this apartment very old with lot of problems....they just painted everything to look new ...but underneath it's horrible and broken...

The place is clean, with areas for our kids, the pool is so beautiful, the manager made for us the tenants every month a reunion with delicious food and prizes for everyone, better place can't find it .
I haven’t had air since May. I get different answers then a notice saying they’re going in to fix it but the unit is on the roof. I thought it was fixed tonight, the air coming out felt cool but I went out for half an hour and it felt like the heater was on when I came back. Tried to call but their essays box is full. Went by earlier at 5 to ask but the office was closed. So, no, unless they get their stuff together I really couldn’t recommend them.

it's a comfortable apartment complex, very friendly and family oriented. They have really turned out these apartments since they took over. They have made many arrangements and we are pleased with the final results.
