So frustrating – never again! We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. From start to finish, our stay was a complete letdown. Check-in / Room: We arrived around 8 p.m., but our room still wasn’t ready — the beds hadn’t even been made yet. When we finally got in, the room was far from clean: there was dust everywhere and even toenail clippings from previous guests. Completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.
