Ryan Martin was an excellent server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. He gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and checked in often without being intrusive. His professionalism and warm attitude really made the experience enjoyable.
I booked a resort pass couples message when I called to schedule a time I was told they were fully booked and offered to give me a slot on Monday. We are off on Sundays thats why I booked for Sunday. I asked to speak to a manager and he let me know that people are booking at the front desk, at the spa, and resort pass and therefore they could not accommodate us. This place is a little diamond in the rough! They are holding their own on the Miami Beach strip! I would recommend this place for a couple or friends that's looking for a nice little getaway!
