The rooms are very clean and aesthetic but the service is just way too slow. Every common area is packed with people and people working in the property are overwhelmed. Asking for a cutlery in room took for 1 hour and every small request takes good half an hour so be mindful if you want to ask something because they will never get to you
Nice new design, but overall service really average or bad… a shame because a lovely place and location More a 4-star hotel than a 5-star
