We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Hary Shoan to sell our investment condo in the downtown core. We had owned the unit for 15 years and it needed quite a few updates to make it more sellable and ultimately more valuable. I had a great experience with The Condo Store and would definitely recommend them to anyone! I felt supported and taken care of and Michelle was amazing to work with.
The Condo Store did not create a comfortable and nice environment for me as the tenant in a unit. The reception staff harassed me with trivial formatting and a blatant disregard for the Ontario Tenancy Act. If you care about the rights of your tenants, don't use this agency. The reception staff was incredibly rude, did not understand proper showing requirements, was condescending, and lazy. They are not well organized and took it out by screaming at me on the phone.
