Dr. Gulla treated me after I encountered a "whiplash" incident (nearly got run over in the pedestrian/bike lane at the Garden of the Gods by a speeding, unobservant driver who swerved to avoid a car parked in the driving lane, which is clearly marked throughout the park as a big "Don't do it!" edict.
