Whenever you drop off a non-working computer, it can make you nervous (at least for me) that things will work out and be done correctly. I just got my computer back after the folks at The Computer Lab worked with it for a week, which included some frustrating roadblocks. When I got it back, I was amazed by how thorough the backup was. I love The Computer Lab. We've purchased several computers there and have been impressed with their service. As a non-tech person, I appreciate that they don't laugh at my feeble attempts to explain problems with my iPhone or iMac; they patiently listen and offer solutions that I can understand. Repairs are prompt and reasonable; what else can you ask for?
