An amazing store they will be missed. Some things are just a staple in New London and it’s sad to see them go.

I had a failure issue with my Macbook that needed a quick resolution. I dropped off my Macbook on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't get a diagnosis until the following Tuesday after I had to call them. It took another 2 days for a repair to replace a logic board. The whole process cost a week which was incredibly unfortunate especially with the delayed diagnosis. Will take to an Apple Store next time.

Our in-house technicians do their best to have units repaired as quickly as possible, with an average turn around time of 2-3 days. Checking in a unit on a Friday afternoon, depending on the amount of computers in line ahead, most likely does not get on the repair bench to be diagnosed until Monday.
