I came in on Wednesday with a monitor that would not duplicate the display. By Thursday that problem was resolved, I had a new SSD, upgraded to Windows 11, all the data restored, and a new back up disc. Really impressive work and a great job by Steven. He not only solved my initial problem, but way more, and all in a very short time! Well done.
